It is important to note that this cover DOES NOT HAVE A SCREEN COVER. you would have to put on a screen protector. Like the previous reviewer mentioned, what's the point of getting such a durable hard cover if the screen isn't protected? weird.
Plus, once i snapped it on, it was REALLY REALLY hard to get off. it isn't an "easy on-easy off" as advertised.
i would say it is a waste of money until it covers the screen.

IT CLEARY SHOWS IN THE PICTURE THAT IT DOESN'T COVER THE SCREEN SO NOT SURE WHY SOME OF YOU WERE SURPRISED BY THAT. BUT ANYWAY, I LIKE IT AND IT DOES WHAT IT'S SUPPOSED TO DO I USE IN CONJUCTION WITH THE CASECROWN MEMORY FOAM POUCH WHICH WORKS GREAT!

As the people before me said it does not cover the screen, but for 5 dollars you can purchase a screen protector. The polycarb material it shatter proof and prevents scratches as said, the only thing I don't like that it keeps fingerprints, but wipes away easily. Great for out of case reading.

This product does not do what is advertised. It does NOT protect the screen of the Kindle, just the plastic parts around the edges. I cannot see the use of a Kindle protective system that doesn't protect the screen - which is the first thing you're worried about scratching.
I definitely do not recommend purchasing this product, it is a waste of money.
