April 1960 Playbill: Toys in the Attic - Robards & Stapleton

April 25, 1960 (Volume 4, No. 18) PlayBill for Lillian Hellman's Toys in the Attic, starring Jason Robards, Maureen Stapleton and Irene Worth. Directed by Arthur Penn. Setting and Lighting by Howard Bay. Costumes by Ruth Morley. Hudson Theatre. 32 pages. The play, Ms. Hellman's first in nine years, had its premiere on February 25, 1960. Cover is ideal for framing with only a very minor flaw in the very bottom right hand corner. (A tiny piece appears to be missing and a slight bend is visible. Likely wouldn't even be noticed if framed.) The black ink in some spots on the cover has faded. One inside page has a fold in the top right-hand corner that doesn't distract from the content. The entire issue is in great shape, as is the binding. A must for fans of the theatre and this great ensemble.
