Good concept, but needs work Jun 24, 2009

The interior of the "double shell" will not stay glued to the outer nylon covered part. The plastic flaps won't stay glued either. It's a great protection for the eReader, but the workmanship on the case isn't the best, and the glue definitely needs to be changed to something that will stick to that nylon outer part AND the smooth plastic inner part. Zipper works great.

Excellent product Jan 16, 2009
By KAS Not only is the case well made, Omniscience had it to us in record time. The Sony PRS-505 fits perfectly. We bought the clip-on "mighty bright xtra flex light" and it clips nicely on this case. Would highly recommend this case if extra protection is what you are looking for.

worth every penny Jan 02, 2009

I've used the other case before but it was clumsy and I kept loosing the lid.. but this one.. PERFECT.. it protects my e book.. which easily slips into the case.. and once zipped everything is safe.. the nicest part.. it has a strap so you can carry it about like a purse.. or get a good handle on it while carrying about..
I whole heartedly recommend this for any e book owner..
the only lacking features.. no space to store extra memory cards for your reader.. (not that you really need them there is still so much room..) or for a cable. and it currently only comes in one color- BLACK..
but it is worth it to protect your investment.

Now I am protected Feb 24, 2009

I walk around town with my Sony reader in my saddle bags slung over my shoulder. A few days ago I made the mistake of putting a travel mug in my bag that still had some water in it. The next time I opened it, my gloves and my scarf were soaked and I felt that cold chill: "Did I leave my reader in there?" Luckilly, The reader was in the other saddle bag (on my back and not my front) and did not get wet, but I only needed that one 'near miss' to convince me that I needed some extra protection for my investment. Book Armor is perfect. It has a hard shell, and encloses the book so all of those other mishaps that are just waiting to happen will just have to happen to someone else's Sony Reader. Maybe your's? Get one of these for your book. You will feel so much better.

Keeps ereader safe from 2 year old Jan 22, 2009
By J. Starns When I got my ereader I knew the case it come in would not work for me in my family. This is perfect and worth every penny. My husband found my 2 year old standing on it and the reader was fine. It also keeps him from opening it when he gets to it, because of the zipper. When I ordered it I thought it might be bulky but it is perfect!
