Be sure you know that they only cover after the manufacturers warranty expires. For lower cost items, that is a joke, ever tried to send a $120 item in for warranty? Did you keep all of your packing material. Very dissapointed when I actually tried to use this warranty service on a low cost Sony item.

I purchased this product as it was cheaper than the equivalent product warranty offered by Best Buy. I have not had to use it as yet but they have been very responsive to my purchase and follow up.

A person just never knows with electronics these days! I purchased the extended warraty from Squaretrade....BEST money I have ever spent. The person that called to go over the warranty was friendly, helpful, and most important, I could understand him...If Squaretrade offers a warranty on one of your products...TAKE IT!!!
