Square Trade Is the very best warranty company that your money can buy, I always kick warranties aside I am glad I did not this time. it paid off, I have a very high cost GPS died after 1-1/2 years later, I reported the problem too square Trades they paid for the postage too ship too there techs, which they could not repair the defective unit, Within 5 days paid me in full the purchased price that I insured the item for. Very Very Happy, They will recieve all my future warranty purchases. THANKS SQUARE TRADES

I called Square Trade to file a claim on a Rock Band drum set for our Play Station 3 system that were purchased six months ago. Square Trade's representative William assisted me. William informed me that since they did not have a name of anyone that could repair my drum set they were going to reimburse me the full price I paid for them. The claim was handled in one day and the money was in my paypal account the same day I called. It was amazing how quickly and easily the claim was handled. I would recommend this company to anyone.

This was a totally painless process. My GPS became faulty and Square Trade honored my warranty, refunding my purchase price in full. This was the best $17.00 I ever spent! I cover all my qualifying purchases with Square Trade Warranties! Regardless of whether it is an Internet, Ebay or Retail purchase, the smart money is with Square Trade. I absolutely recommend it.

Squaretrade.com is THE ONLY WAY I purchase extended warranties for my products anymore. I have purchased over a dozen warranties with them & plan on purchasing more in the future. Here's why -
1. Very competitive prices - under cuts most warranties by at least 10%
2. Warranties are actually honored - They have honored 2 out of 2 (1 GPS & 1 Camera) warranties that I have claimed so far.
3. Hassle-Free - Their procedure to file and process claims is very easy online & over the phone, with the reps being very helpful, professional & answer/address ALL your questions & concerns.
4. Excellent customer service - Very helpful & professional.

I purchased a GPS two years ago on Amazon and it was such a great deal that I also purchased the Square Trade warranty. The total cost of the GPS and the warranty was still less than one third of the retail price of the item. Well the other day the GPS decided to stop working and I pulled out my warranty and expected a long lengthly process to resolve my claim. Wow, was I suprised when I submitted my claim and answered a few questions and submitted it. Within an hour I had a response to send the item to them with attached UPS invoice. An hour later I received full credit on my Amazon account and I immediately purchased a replacement. You can't beat that.
